Stormward features
Everything listed here ships in the product today. Storm data is native, not a bolt-on integration, and compliance guardrails are enforced at the data layer rather than left to rep discipline.
Start from where the hail fell.
Storm history and property context live inside the CRM.
-
Hail history on every lead
Each lead card and detail page shows hail events near the address, with dates and severity. Grade badges surface leads in the hardest-hit areas.
-
Storm map in the app
The Storm page maps hail swaths over your market with date controls and a storm history panel, so you can see which neighborhoods a storm crossed.
-
Bulk lead import from a swath
Select a storm swath and import affected addresses as leads in one action. Canvass and call lists start from the storm's actual path.
A clear next step for every rep.
A lean working set for the office, the phone and the field.
-
Script card and next-step prompts
Lead detail pages carry a guided script and a concrete next step, so newer reps follow the same flow as your experienced closers.
-
Call queue with dispositions
Work a queue of leads, record an outcome for every contact attempt and move directly to the next lead.
-
Door-to-door canvassing tracker
Track knocks and canvass outcomes separately from the phone pipeline, keeping field and office work distinct.
-
Pipeline and customer accounts
Leads, pipeline stages, customer accounts and activity history form the CRM backbone. Export your lead list to CSV at any time.
Guardrails your busy week cannot skip.
Compliance you can show, not just claim.
-
Do-Not-Call enforced in the data layer
When a lead is marked DNC, the phone number is withheld and call and text paths are blocked everywhere in the app.
-
Quiet hours and opt-outs
Outreach sequences respect quiet-hours rules and honor STOP and opt-out requests. Every attempt is audit-logged, including attempts the system blocked.
-
Cadence sequences
Enroll leads in multi-step follow-up cadences with human-approved message drafts. Nothing sends without passing the compliance gates.
-
Outreach reports
Company-level reporting shows outreach activity, including what was blocked and why.
Keep the operational thread intact.
From accepted scope to billing, claims and scheduled work.
-
Estimates with online acceptance
Send a private link where the customer reviews the estimate and accepts with a typed e-signature. No printing or scanning.
-
Invoices
Turn accepted work into invoices and track what has been billed and paid per customer.
-
Insurance claim tracking
Track carrier, claim number and status in a dedicated claim lifecycle linked to the customer, separate from the sales pipeline.
-
Jobs, crews and scheduling
Convert estimates to jobs, assign crews and run the week from a schedule board. Photo capture and document storage live on leads and customer accounts.
The office is not always an office.
Multi-user access with per-company data isolation.
-
Installable phone app
Install Stormward as a PWA on any phone, so the storm map and working CRM ride along in the truck.
-
Native iOS field app
Use Face ID or Touch ID app lock. The iOS app is currently distributed through TestFlight.
-
Your lead list stays yours
Per-company data isolation keeps your leads from being visible to another company. CSV export is available when you need it.
-
Scout, a built-in assistant
Scout is built into the app alongside its Today, Inbox, Storm, Accounts, Schedule, Money, Outreach, Reports and Settings areas.
An honest scope note
Stormward is a young, focused product. It does not try to be an all-in-one suite. It is built for small Texas roofing contractors doing storm-response and insurance-restoration work, and its storm dataset is strongest in Texas.
What ships today
Does Stormward include hail history on every lead?
Yes. Lead cards and lead detail pages show recorded hail events near the property, with dates and severity. A grade badge on the lead list helps reps prioritize by storm exposure.
Can I import leads directly from a hail swath?
Yes. Select a swath on the interactive Storm map and import the affected addresses as leads in one action.
How does Stormward enforce Do-Not-Call?
When a lead is marked Do-Not-Call, the phone number is withheld and call and text paths are blocked throughout the app. Outreach also respects quiet hours and opt-outs, and attempts are audit-logged, including blocked attempts.
Can field teams use Stormward on a phone?
Yes. Stormward is installable on any phone as a PWA. A native iOS field app with Face ID and Touch ID app lock is currently distributed through TestFlight.
