Stormward is a CRM for small Texas roofing contractors doing storm-response and insurance-restoration work. It connects real hail swaths to property addresses and building permits, so your team can see which streets were hit and which homes have no re-roof permit on file.

Yes. Stormward, formerly RoofCRM, is the same product with the same accounts. The app itself still signs in at roofcrm.ecbtx.com.

Storm history comes from ECB TX's Texas storm data platform, built from NOAA Storm Events, Storm Prediction Center storm reports and MRMS MESH radar hail-size swaths. MRMS MESH values are radar estimates, so use the swath as a prioritization signal, then confirm damage on the roof.

The CRM works anywhere, but the storm dataset is strongest in Texas. There is no published coverage map beyond the per-address answers in the app, and an address outside covered data gets no grade rather than an invented one.

When a lead is marked Do-Not-Call, the phone number is withheld and call and text paths are blocked throughout the app. Outreach also respects quiet hours and opt-outs, and attempts are audit-logged, including blocked attempts.

Yes. You send the customer a private link where they review the estimate and accept it with a typed e-signature. There is no printing or scanning.

Yes. Stormward is installable on any phone as a PWA, so the storm map and working CRM ride along in the truck. A native iOS field app with Face ID and Touch ID app lock is currently distributed through TestFlight.

Yes. Your lead list can be exported to CSV at any time.
